The guide who's done it herself

Everything I teach, I've lived. The high-functioning exhaustion, the holding-it-together-while-screaming-inside, the doing-all-the-work and still not feeling settled — I know that from the inside out.

I spent years looking capable on the outside while running on empty underneath. I tried every modality I could find — the healing work, the books, the courses, the deep dives. And slowly, through nervous system work, identity work, and some hard-won soul-level excavation, something shifted. Not through positive thinking. Not overnight. By going to the actual root.

The 5 phases aren't a program I built from a whiteboard. They're the map I wish I'd had. Grounded in research and rooted in the sacred — because real transformation lives in both, and you deserve both.
